Car Rally 2019
This hugely popular annual car rally is a charity bash event that has been running for years and has strong roots within the local community. The challenge faced by the rally organisers was that it had previously been operated at high costs which was eating heavily into the fundraising purse.
Cost Effective Event Management
The Strong Events Management team taking on this event needed to ensure everyone had a thoroughly enjoyable and safe time while ensuring that costs were kept at a minimum. The event management team worked closely with the local council and police to ensure a minimal impact on the communities where the car rally was going through, also ensuring that risk assessments were conducted and that participants and the general public were kept safe.
Fundraising Event Outcome
We exceeded previous years’ fundraising efforts and kept the expenses to a minimum through sponsorship and generous community donations. All involved had a great time as well as engaging the various communities along the way, finishing with a fundraising dinner that the Strong Events team also coordinated.
